The room was really nice and tidy, plus it had an awesome view of the city 🌆. I loved that there was a comfy sofa to chill on and plenty of room to relax. It's super convenient being right by the Old Jewish center, so you can easily explore around here.

The place is very centrally located, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from Goethe House, and the rooms offer spectacular views.

Wonderful views, liked perfect and amazing setting.

Everything was simply really good. Location: the hotel was next to close to nice restaurants and different cafes in Sachsenhausen and downtown, the Cathedral and other historic buildings. Found a place called Ambassel, set right next to the property, ate there a few times. The rooms were brand-new and large with separate bathrooms. The savoury and perfect breakfast had lots of meals and the food I tasted was great!

I was blown away by the incredible panoramic view from my room. With its prime location right in front of the Main River, I could gaze at the picturesque bridges and historic buildings of the city. The spacious rooms were an added bonus, offering not only ample space but also fantastic views from the windows. Moreover, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel provided basic amenities and even cooking facilities, making my stay even more convenient.

No major drawbacks, everything was satisfactory.

The staff was not very good during our stay; the afternoon we arrived we were told that the hotel would not have power from 11:30 pm until 05:30 am. It wasn't a problem because we would be sleeping anyway. When we arrived to our room, we noticed that we had flashlights and glow sticks we could use during the late night. Unfortunately though, the flashlights had batteries that were dead. I notified the front desk to have the batteries replaced. No one ever came up to our room to replace the batteries. I called four times before giving up. I also inquired about having coffee sent to our room and not once did anyone bring us coffee. The staff working that afternoon and night were just terrible; other than that, is was a nice hotel.
